Earlier this year, we passed out a 20th birthday gift to all GSA families. This gift was intended to transport you back to the year of GSA’s founding, while also sharing important event dates for this year of celebration! If you did not receive a CD, there are more available in the front office. But since most of you probably don’t have any way to play a CD, we thought we would share the playlist in a more modern format. Enjoy some of the top hits from 2002, and don’t forget to join us for all of our great events this year!
To help celebrate this milestone year, the Girls’ School of Austin is launching a ‘20 Years, 20 Hours’ challenge to our students, faculty, and staff. The goal is for each sister group to volunteer a cumulative 20 hours over the course of the school year.
We always say, “Austin is our classroom.” We are the Girls’ School OF AUSTIN, and we have missed our deep connections with our city over the past couple of years. Our hope is that this challenge will create stronger bonds within our sister groups and with our city.
