When: April 19, 6:30 pm

Who: Participants are students 3rd-8th grade

All students, friends, and family are welcome to attend!

 

Event Information:

  • There will be a food truck with food available for attendees to purchase during the event, as well as a bake sale hosted by the 8th grade. 

  • BYOB drinks for attendees.

  • Attendees can bring their own blankets or folding chairs. (Don’t forget, you could win front row seats with chairs and goodies at the Gala raffle!)

  • Please be considerate of surroundings when you are parking for this event; we strive to always respect our neighbors!

    Performance Day:

    • 7th Grade will be asked to come no later than 5:30 PM to help set up the show. We will provide Dinner!

    • Gates will open for the rest of the participants, friends and family starting at 6:00 PM.

    • If your student must stay on campus after school that day, they will go to aftercare. You may reach out to jworkman@gmail.com to learn about aftercare services. 

    Participant Information:

    • Each act must be 3 minutes at maximum. 

    • Talent Show sign-ups will be open in the Front Office between March 25- April 12. 

    • Backing tracks will be the responsibility of each participant. Links will not be accepted. Please Add Music Files HERE

    • Each act will be required to attend a check-in during their PE class between  April 15-17 at which point they will be able to perform their number for the 7th graders.

    • Each act will be required to attend a dress rehearsal after school, April 18 in the MUB.

    • Participants can be at the school before the show by 6 pm on Friday 19th.

    Dress Rehearsal

    Students who are participating in the Talent Show must attend the dress rehearsal.

    • It will begin April 18th at 3:30 PM

    • If your student is in Lower School, they may go to aftercare until we begin. You will NOT BE CHARGED for that half hour if your student is participating in the Talent Show Dress Rehearsal. 

    • It will end at 5:30 PM

    • Aftercare will be provided for participants free of charge until 5:30 if we end earlier, but all students must be picked up by 5:30PM, as usual. 

    • We will have snacks available for those that are participating as well.
