Auction Watch: Retro Rollers & Rhythms

Get ready to roll… because this Lower School class party is pure joy on wheels!

One lucky class will win an exclusive skate and karaoke party hosted by the Lower School teachers at Pins & Wheels. Picture it: neon lights, disco vibes, girls rolling around the rink, grabbing the mic, and singing their hearts out with their friends.

There will be great food, great music, and plenty of laughter; plus the unforgettable sight of your Lower School teachers on skates.

Skates. Songs. Disco energy. Teachers on wheels.

Trust us… the bidding competition will be fierce on the auction floor. Let’s roll! 

Beyond the Fence: A Brief Pause

Now that GSA has submitted the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) amendment application to the City of Austin, the project is moving into the City’s formal review process. We’ve successfully passed the completeness check and received approval to move forward with the official submission.

From here, the City will begin its review, and we expect the first round of comments in about a month, around April 2.

Because much of this process now happens behind the scenes, there may be stretches of time without new developments to report. For that reason, Beyond the Fence will pause for a bit and will reappear as soon as there is meaningful progress or news to share.

Spring Break Reminder

A quick reminder that GSA will be closed for Spring Break, March 16–20. During that week, campus and the school office will be closed, and there will be no staff available.

If your family needs assistance or has anything to take care of, please plan to do so before Spring Break begins.
