Free Parent Resource: Navigating Technololgy

Did you know that because our Middle School partners with The Social Institute for advisory programming, all GSA families have free access to the #WinAtSocial Family Toolkit?

This online toolkit is designed to help families navigate the digital world with confidence. It offers easy-to-follow guidance on emerging social media trends and apps, along with practical conversation starters that support character, integrity, and healthy tech habits at home. Starting these conversations early, especially in the Lower School, helps us work together to support our girls’ health, happiness, and future success.

Re-Enrollment Contracts Due - February 27

A friendly reminder that enrollment contracts are due Friday, February 27.

Both parents/guardians are required to sign the contract this year. Each parent will need to log into Blackbaud to complete their portion of the agreement.

We encourage you not to wait until the last minute.  Allowing extra time ensures there’s room for any needed troubleshooting before the deadline.

Beyond the Fence: Thank You & What's Next

Thank you to the many parents who joined us for the Parent Salon and got to see the site development plan that will be submitted to the City in the coming weeks. We’re grateful for your thoughtful questions, engagement, and continued interest as this exciting project moves forward.

As shared in last week’s update, the GSA will lead a meeting on Monday, February 23 at 6:00 PM to present the site development plan to our neighbors. While this meeting is not required as part of the Conditional Use Permit amendment process, we are hosting it out of our ongoing commitment to transparency and open communication.

We anticipate strong opinions and active discussion, and we welcome the opportunity to share accurate information about the plan. We encourage GSA families to attend as a visible show of community support and involvement. Your presence reflects the values that guide this effort—thoughtful growth, respectful dialogue, and care for both our school and our neighborhood.
