Welcome Back, Chandler

Ms. Chandler (the front desk lady) is back! Her son Benjamin was born October 14th and mom and baby are doing great. She has resumed her duties at the desk so please start emailing her doctor's notes, pick-up changes, absence excuses, etc. and she will make sure you are good to go. We are so happy to have Ms. Chandler back at the GSA!

Road Construction Update

As we strive to make your comings and goings from campus smooth, we have been in constant communication with the City of Austin about its "South Tarrytown Water and Wastewater Pipeline Renewal Project."

It is our understanding that the contractor plans to install a new wastewater main at the intersection of Dormarion and Windsor (right across from Lisa's House) beginning at the end of this month. We do not yet have a timeframe on how long this work will take. We will post any road closures or detours on Class Dojo as soon as we know about them. In the meantime, please drive carefully, follow the car-line rules, and remind yourself that this is excellent practice in tolerance and patience!

The Incredible Gala Committee

We are just 59 days away from our Spring Gala, and we want to take a moment to thank our INCREDIBLE Gala Committee. This group has been meeting since September in order to bring this event to life. You may have heard from one of them this week as they reminded the classes about Early Bird ticket sales ending TODAY. And you will continue to hear from them in the coming weeks, so we want to be sure you know who they are!
