First Day of School for 2025 - 2026 We understand that many families are already working on Summer plans. Our 2025 - 2026 School Year schedule will be available soon, but we do want to let you know that Orientation/Open House will be on Monday, August 11 and the first day of classes will be Tuesday, August 12.
Please note that Austin ISD has not yet established its calendar for the 2025 - 2026 academic year. It was important to our community to have clarity on the start date for next year, and based on our community culture as well as wanting to maximize our number of class days and get out of school at the end of the year before Memorial Day, it made the most sense for the next GSA school year to begin the week of August 11, 2025.
