Grandparents Day is Next Friday!

We are so excited to host our special Grands next week at our annual Grandparents Day on November 8! Here are a few final details you need to know. Please read thoroughly:

• Middle School will have their celebration from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM, while Lower School will have their celebration from 1:00 - 2:30 PM.
• Please email Reagan Ward BY MONDAY if your student will NOT have a Grandparent or Grand-Friend attending next week. We have special plans to ensure a happy day for everyone, but we need to know names so we can plan accordingly.
• Please send a note to your child's teacher by Thursday, November 7th if your child is going home with their grandparent on Friday.
• Send your student in their Monday dress uniform on Friday, November 8th.
• Pick up times for Friday, November 8th:
  • Grandparents taking Lower School student home - leave at 2:20pm.
  • Lower School parents picking up students AND Grands - come through the car line at 2:20pm.
  • Lower School parents picking up students only - REGULAR pick up time (Kinder- 2:45pm, 1st-4th- 2:55pm).
  • Middle School: REGULAR pick up time (4:00pm).
• If your child's grandparent has passed away or lives too far away to attend, please send a framed photo of them to school. We will have a table honoring these loved ones. Make sure to put your child's name and grade on the back of the photo. We will get them back to you the following week.

Firebird Fund Update: Week 5

We are now 5 weeks into our 2024 Firebird Fund Campaign, and we are already at 91% participation! Thank you to everyone who has already made a gift!

Additionally, we want to give a huge shoutout to our 3rd Grade families for reaching 100% participation in the Firebird Fund! We are so grateful to our school community for supporting the work we do each and every day.
