Fall Celebration: Know Before You Go!

In preparation for Fall Celebration this Saturday, October 26 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, we'd like to share with you some important reminders:

Please park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the school, as we will be using the parking lot for Fall Celebration activities.
Food will be provided! Tacos (regular, vegan, and gluten free), pretzels, and cotton candy included.
Students are welcome to wear their costumes, and face painting will be available as well.
Street parking on McCall Road is reserved for handicapped guests. Please respect the handicap signs we will be setting out in those spaces.

October 31st is a Regular School Day

Since our Theme Parade took place this morning, Halloween Day on October 31st will be a regular school day. Your student should wear her uniform. No costumes, please!

Grandparents Day is on Friday, November 8, so make sure that your guests fill out this RSVP form! All Grandparents, Grand-Friends, and family friends are welcome to attend. Thank you for making our Grandparents Day celebration a special one for our girls!

A very special message from our art instructor, Ms. Melear: "Hello, all you Austin Studio fans! I'm so incredibly excited to be joining WEST this year! It's going to be a fantastic venue with multiple artists, music, and yes, a wee bit of beverage. You won't want to miss it. I'll have so many prints, cards, candles, and originals. There will also be amazing ceramics, pottery, and woodworking!"

Firebird Fund Update: Week 4

We are now 4 weeks into our 2024 Firebird Fund Campaign, and we are already at 82% participation! Thank you to everyone who has already made a gift!

Additionally, we want to give a huge shoutout to our 1st and 5th Grade families for being the first two classes to reach 100% participation! We are so grateful to our school community for supporting the work we do each and every day.
