Fall Celebration is Tomorrow!

We are really looking forward to our Fall Celebration tomorrow. We are thrilled that so many students (including alumnae!) and their families are joining us this year!

It's going to be a hot one, so make sure you bring your swimsuits and towels to cool off in the pool. We will have cold drinks and snow cones available throughout the event. The event runs from 10am-2pm, and lunch will be served at 11:30.

Pro Tip: Don't miss the pony rides which will begin around 12:30!

If you have any questions, please email Reagan Ward. We look forward to seeing you there!

Vaccine Clinic Sign-Ups Now Live!

You can now sign up for a time slot in our upcoming Flu Shot clinic. This will be hosted on campus next Friday, September 29, from 3:00-4:30pm. They want to fill the 3:00-4:00 slots before they open the 4:00-4:30 times. You can sign up here: Tarrytown Pharmacy Flu Shot Clinic Registration

Volunteers Needed- Outdoors Ed. Day- Oct 12

On October 12, we will be having an Outdoor Education Day for the students. For Middle School, this will start to prepare them for their overnight trips this year. For all of our students, this will be a fun day full of opportunities to try something new and perhaps discover a new passion! Some of our activities include:

  • Archery
  • Slack Line
  • Orienteering
  • Pitching Tents
  • AND MORE!

We need some parent volunteers to help with this day of fun. Please sign up here to be part of this fun day!

We Need Your Student Health Forms!

IMPORTANT: Currently, we are missing many of the required health forms for our students!

Please check the list here to see if we still need your form.

(if you submitted your form and are still on this list, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we do need you to re-submit)

Don't worry; we've made it easy for you to submit them! You can upload the forms directly in the Parent Portal, send them to Chandler via email, or simply send the paper version with your child. Our priority is to ensure we have the necessary health information for each student to provide a safe and supportive learning environment.

If we do not receive your child's health forms, we will have to charge for the required Vision and Health screenings. The charges are as follows:

Vision Screening: $30

Vision and Hearing Screenings: $45

Vision, Hearing, and Scoliosis Screenings (Scoliosis screening is only required for 5th & 7th graders): $55

We understand that some parents may have already submitted their forms, but we kindly request that you double-check and resubmit if necessary. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping us maintain a healthy and safe school environment. If you have any questions or need assistance with the submission process, please don't hesitate to reach out to Chandler. We're here to help make this process as smooth as possible.

VIBRANT VOICES: ICGS Raising Girls' Voices Blog

The GSA is a member of an organization called the International Coalition of Girls' Schools (ICGS). ICGS publishes a blog called Raising Girls' Voices where member schools can share about their unique perspectives and programming. The blog is also a great resource for families and others in the broader community, as it highlights the advantages of a girls' school education.
