Middle School Stress Workshop

Our Middle School Parent Workshop is scheduled for March 6th from 6:30-8pm. Presenter Wanda Montemayor brings her experience with teens and families to present a training about the effects of social media on teens and how to help parents and guardians navigate social media with their teens. In this training she will address appropriate screen time, how to navigate conversations around screen time, how to set boundaries and model appropriate use of social media, and cyber safety and tools to use with your teens. We hope to see many of you there for this timely, relevant conversation.
